How do I start a charge?
Open the PLUG app, scan the QR or select the charger on the map, plug in, and press Start. Follow on-screen steps
Which connectors are supported?
CCS, CHAdeMO (select sites), and Type 2. Check the app for connector availability at each location.
How much does it cost to charge?
Tariffs are shown in the app per site (kWh rate and any connection/idle fee). You'll see a live estimate before you start.
Which payment methods can I use?
In-app card payments (and Apple/Google Pay where supported). Receipts are emailed and stored in your app history.
Can I see charger status in real time?
Yes—the app shows Available, In Use, or Out of Service, plus power rating and estimated session cost.
What should I do if a session won't start?
Check plug seating, cable lock, and app signal. If it still fails, use "Support" in the app to raise a ticket with charger ID and photo.
Do you support home charger reimbursement for fleets?
Yes—eligible drivers can enable automated reimbursement through their employer's programme. See "Home Charging" in the app.
How do I get a VAT receipt?
Receipts are automatically emailed post-session and available in your app history.
